Refund policy: all sales are final
Every product on this site is an instant digital download. The file is delivered in full the moment payment clears, so all sales are final and no refunds are issued — on direct purchases and Etsy orders alike.
Why sales are final
There is no version of returning a download. Once the file is on your machine you have everything the product is — it does not expire, phone home, or stop working, and there is no licence to revoke. That is the trade: you own it outright, and the sale is final.
What happens if something is broken
It gets fixed. A file that will not open, or a feature that does not behave the way the product page described, is a defect and it is repaired at no cost to you — you receive the corrected file, for as long as the product is sold. Email hello@listingresearchos.com and describe what happened.
This is a one-person studio, so the person reading that email is the person who built the file.
See it before you buy
Because there is no refund window, every product page is built to remove the guesswork first: ten full-size screenshots of the real interface, a recorded walkthrough of the working dashboard, and a written list of every tab and what it calculates. Nothing shown is a mockup. If a question is still unanswered, ask before you buy and you will get a straight answer.

- Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?
- No. Every product is delivered in full the moment payment clears, and a downloaded file cannot be returned or un-delivered. All sales are final.
- What if the file will not open?
- That gets fixed, not refunded. Email hello@listingresearchos.com and you will get a working file. Every product is a single HTML file that opens in any current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox — the usual cause is the file being left inside the zip, which takes one reply to sort out.
- What if a feature does not work as described?
- Report it and it gets repaired, and you receive the corrected file at no cost. That applies for as long as the product is sold, not just the first week.
- Can I preview a product before buying?
- Yes, and you should. Every product page carries ten full-size screenshots and a recorded walkthrough of the actual dashboard, not a mockup. Because sales are final, everything the file does is shown before you pay.
- What about orders placed through Etsy?
- Etsy orders follow the same terms and are marked non-returnable in the shop. If something is broken, message the shop on Etsy and it gets fixed there.
