What we collect

• Email address — when you join a waitlist, download a free resource, or request a shop audit.
• Etsy shop URL — when you request a free shop audit, so we can prepare it.
• Usage analytics — anonymous page-view data via Google Analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate region). We do not see who you are.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe or Etsy at checkout. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for — audits, downloads, product updates.
• To send occasional emails about launches and resources. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.
• To improve the site based on aggregate usage patterns.

We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

Where it lives

Email addresses and audit requests are stored in Supabase (hosted in the United States) with access restricted to the site operator. Analytics data lives in Google Analytics. Payments live in Stripe or Etsy. Our downloadable products run entirely in your browser — they store data locally on your device and send nothing back to us.

Cookies

We use analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic. If you run ads-related browser protections or decline cookies, the site works exactly the same.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time — email hello@listingresearchos.com and we will handle it within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK or California, this covers your GDPR and CCPA rights respectively.
