Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address — when you join a waitlist, download a free resource, or request a shop audit.
• Etsy shop URL — when you request a free shop audit, so we can prepare it.
• Usage analytics — anonymous, cookie-free page-view data: the page visited, the website that sent you there (its name only), any campaign tag in the link (for example, that you arrived from a Pinterest pin), your screen width, and a random number that lasts only for your browser tab. We also count clicks on our Etsy and checkout links. We do not record your IP address, your browser details, or anything that identifies you. Vercel, our host, also keeps aggregate, cookie-free visit counts.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe or Etsy at checkout. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for — audits, downloads, product updates.
• To send occasional emails about launches and resources. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.
• To improve the site based on aggregate usage patterns.

We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

Where it lives

Email addresses and audit requests are stored in Supabase (hosted in the United States) with access restricted to the site operator. Analytics data is stored in the same Supabase project. Payments live in Stripe or Etsy. Our downloadable products run entirely in your browser — they store data locally on your device and send nothing back to us.

Cookies

Our analytics use no cookies. The tab-scoped random number lives in your browser's session storage and is gone when you close the tab. The site works exactly the same if your browser blocks it.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time — email hello@listingresearchos.com and we will handle it within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK or California, this covers your GDPR and CCPA rights respectively.
