Every fundraiser, every check, every cash box — finally accounted for.
What each event actually kept after costs and what it cost in volunteer hours, how far spending has drifted from the budget the membership adopted, and which checks went out on one signature or which cash box was counted by one person — in one file that runs offline and saves to your own machine.

Everything else in this file does its arithmetic against what you enter here
This is a treasurer's working tracker. It is not an audit, not a financial review, and not tax or legal advice. It knows no IRS rule, no state filing requirement, no provision of your bylaws and no policy of any state or national parent organization, and it sets no threshold of its own. Every dollar figure, every signature amount, every goal and every date is one you enter from your own bylaws, your own bank records and your own accountant. It does the arithmetic on what you enter and supplies no rules.
The Group
Used only to state the year's fundraising net per family. Leave it blank and that figure is simply not shown.
The balance the last treasurer handed over at the start of this fiscal year, from the closing bank statement. The book balance on the stat bar starts here.
Your Group's Own Numbers
The net the budget needs from fundraisers this year. The ring at the top is every event's net against this figure.
The least an event should keep for every volunteer hour it takes before your board wants it back next year. Your board's number — this file suggests none. Leave it blank and events are only sorted into made money and lost money.
The amount above which your bylaws or financial policy require two signers. Leave it blank and every check paid on one signature is flagged.

Fundraiser Profit
Every event you enter is measured the way a board should decide whether to run it again: what came in, what it cost, what the group actually kept, and what that works out to for every volunteer hour it took and every family that took part. A fundraiser that grossed the most is not always the one that made the most, and one that looked busy can lose money once the costs are in. A spreadsheet lists the gross. It cannot tell you which event is worth the parents' Saturday. Nothing here is compared with other schools and nothing is filled in for you.

06
every date is yours
The year's obligations with the dates your bylaws and advisors set, and the handover to whoever comes next
Every item below ships with no date. This is not tax or legal advice. Which annual return or filing applies to your group, whether one applies at all, and when it is due depend on how the group is organized, what it takes in, and whether it is affiliated with a state or national organization. Those are questions for your accountant, your state or national organization, or the tax authority directly. This file names the obligation and you supply the date. A plausible default here would be relied on and would be wrong somewhere.
