This is a personal organizer, not legal advice. It does not create a will, a power of attorney or any legal document, and it knows no state's rules. It records where your own documents are and what you would want, so your family can find them. Have an attorney review your actual documents.
Never type a password, a Social Security number or a full account number into this file. Write down where each one lives instead — "password manager", "emergency kit in the desk", "sealed envelope in the fireproof box". Everything you enter stays in this browser on this computer. Export a backup and keep it somewhere you choose that is encrypted or locked, such as an encrypted drive or your password manager's secure file storage.

Readiness Score
Every record you add brings its own blanks: a key person needs a way to reach them, an account needs to say where its login lives, a document needs a location and a review date. The score is simply how many of those blanks you have filled. It lists every one that is still empty, with a button that takes you straight to it, and flags any document whose last review is older than the interval you chose. A fillable PDF cannot tell you what you forgot. Nothing here is compared to anyone else and nothing is filled in for you.
