Custody Schedule OS
Your overnights, costs and record
0 NIGHTS
Saved
Nobody has to remember it. It is written down.
Mark who had each night and the overnight split, the expense balance and the exchange record all move together — one file, one set of numbers, and a summary you can produce for any date range without reconstructing six months of text messages.

who had which night
Mark the nights as they actually happen, not as they were planned
This is a personal organizer, not a court document. It keeps your own records in one place and adds up the numbers you enter. It is not legal advice, it does not tell you what a court will accept, and it is not a substitute for your custody order, an attorney or a mediator. Your order and your state's rules govern — keep your originals.
Who Is In This Schedule
Fill A Rotation

Pick your pattern and a date range, and every night in that window gets marked. This is a starting point — click any individual night afterwards to correct it to what actually happened. Filling a range overwrites nights already marked inside it.

One count, done the same way every time, for any window you pick
Mark some nights and this becomes a percentage.
Counted from the nights you marked on the Schedule tab, inside the date range below. Nights left unmarked are reported separately rather than being quietly assigned to either parent.

This range drives the overnight count, the four cards at the top of the page, and the Summary Export. Change it here and every one of them follows.

Month By Month
03
who paid, and what is still owed
Every shared cost carries its own split, so the balance is never a guess
Log a payment and this becomes a balance.
Support payments count in full toward the parent who paid. Shared costs count only for the other parent's agreed share — so a $200 doctor's bill split 50/50 moves the balance by $100, not $200.

your own record
Dated notes in your own words, kept where you can actually find them
These are your personal notes. They are not a legal filing, they are not evidence, and nothing here says how a court would treat them. If something matters legally, take it to your attorney — keep the note short, dated and factual so it is still useful when you do.

Build your summary for any date range
Overnights and percentage per parent, the expense ledger with its running balance, exchange counts broken out by outcome, and every documentation entry inside the window — assembled from what you already logged. Copy it, export it as a file, or print it.
Click Generate Summary to build it from the nights, expenses, exchanges and notes you have logged, for the date range set on the Overnight Count tab.
Before You Share It

The summary reports what you entered and nothing else. It is a summary of your own records — not a court document, not a legal filing, and not a statement about what any of it means. Read it before you send it to anyone, check the totals against your own paperwork, and let your attorney tell you what is useful. This file is your working copy.
