your board, your numbers
Set the target once, and every total below answers to it
This tracker does your arithmetic, not your board's rules. Required hours differ by state, license type and license year, and they change. The numbers below are editable starting points, not advice — copy your own board's current requirements into them before you rely on a single total. Nothing here is legal or licensing advice.

where you actually are
Category by category, with the finish date your own pace implies
Log a few weeks of hours and this becomes a date.
The projection uses your real logged pace since your start date — not a target, not an average of other people. It moves when you do.

Boards verify the supervisor, not just the hours
Supervisor Roster

Record the credential and license number at the time they supervised you. If a supervisor moves, retires, or lets a board approval lapse two years from now, this card is the only place that information still exists.

05
verification record
A period is only real once someone signed for it
Record A Sign-Off

Hours in the period are counted from your log automatically, so the number on the record and the number in your ledger cannot drift apart.

Set a target date and this tells you whether your current pace gets you there.
Required-pace is remaining hours divided by remaining weeks. It is the only number that answers whether to add a caseload day.

Build your submission summary
Totals by category, the full date range, every supervisor with their credential and license number, and each signed period broken out — assembled from what you already logged. Copy it into your board's form, or export it as a file to attach.
Click Generate Packet to build your summary from the hours, supervisors and sign-offs you have logged.
Before You Submit

The packet reports what you entered. It is a summary of your own records, not a board form and not a substitute for one. Check every total against your board's current requirements and their official documentation before you file, and keep your signed originals — this file is your working copy, not your evidence.
